Payment & Insurance

Please contact Christine if you have any questions on the following accepted forms of payment. 

  • Insurance: Some insurances do cover medical massage if it prescribed by your health care provider.  Call the number on the back of your card to find out if your plan covers medically prescribed massage.
  • VA Community Care Provider (Optum) - this requires a referral from your VA practitioner
  • HSA - usually requires LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity)
  • FSA - see your employer for requirements
  • Corporate Wellness Program - see your employer for requirements
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
