Enrichment Facial Therapy $75 Per session (package of 12 $800)

Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathwork Coaching $35 Per session (group rates available)

Swedish Massage $80 / 60 minutes $50 / 30 minutes

  • Insurance: Some insurances do cover medical massage if it prescribed by your health care provider.  Call the number on the back of your card to find out if your plan covers "medically prescribed massage." Please see Forms & Policies page for a Medically Prescribed Massage RX your insurance company may accept.
  • VA Community Care Provider (Optum) - this requires a referral from your VA practitioner
  • HSA - usually requires LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity)
