Light Touch Health Care

Did you know light, gentle touch is a form of communication for everyone of any age? This training will prepare you to provide safe, gentle touch to anyone, especially those living with dementia, while helping decrease anxiety, pain, and loneliness. Learn how to perform Light Touch Health Care and make a difference in not just your own life, but in the lives of those living with dementia. This training is great for all medical professionals, medical and health science students, skilled nursing facilities, support groups, church groups, and volunteers. All are welcome! No special skills, licenses, or training required.

Do you want to do something unique and fun for Valentine’s Day? Enjoy a private lesson for you and your spouse where you will both learn how to give (and receive) a relaxing back massage! The cost of the class includes a hands-on lesson for both husband and wife and a 4 oz custom blend of massage oil for you to take home.
